Love the gentle art work, so much nicer than a photograph.
There were some wonderful artists back then. I’ve occasionally wondered if more people were employed as artists a hundred years ago than what are now. It seems like every magazine and newspaper had drawings back then–now it’s mostly pictures.
You’re so right, I never though of it. They probaby turn to Blogging to release their inner artist. ha
